What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. A lapsed paid plan drops back to the Free limits — you keep billing, just 10 bills a day — and every invoice, batch and customer stays exactly where it was. You can download a full backup of everything, at any time, on any plan, including free.
